As Rotman looks to curate each year’s cohort from around the globe, in-person interviews are not feasible for more than half of their international candidates and highly sought-after North American candidates. Traditional essays were time consuming and didn’t provide the insight needed.

Kira Talent conveys the candid personalities of candidates

The Kira assessment replaced 2 out of 4 essay questions by asking applicants three interview questions. Candidates could respond on their own time and the entire process took 5 -10 minutes.
