Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for improving accessibility for people with disabilities.

Partial conformance means that some parts of the product do not yet fully meet the accessibility standard.
Although our current scope is WCAG 2.1 A/AA, we are tracking the WCAG 2.2 criteria and plan to include them in our next independent evaluation in 2026.
Known limitations
The following areas have been identified as partially conformant or not yet supported based on our latest VPAT 2.5 (WCAG 2.1 A/AA, August 2024):
All other WCAG 2.1 A and AA criteria are supported or partially supported, including the recent addition of mobile and responsive support for both Kira Async and Kira Live experiences.
A detailed conformance matrix is available upon request in our Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT 2.5).
